Using Duly
Duly is provided by Stepan Manzurov, an individual based in Tbilisi, Georgia. These terms describe the app’s operation and support. Apps downloaded from the App Store are subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Your records
You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups. The app is a record-keeping tool. Check calculations and exports before relying on them for important decisions.
Purchases and restoration
Available purchases and prices are shown in the app before confirmation. Apple handles payment, purchase history, and refund requests. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases.
Tips
Tips are optional and do not unlock additional features. You are under no obligation to leave one.
Availability
Features may change as the app is maintained. iCloud, the App Store, and other external services depend on their respective providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
