Your data stays yours.
Whenkind stores your records on your device. It has no advertising, tracking SDKs, or developer-operated user accounts. The developer does not receive your records as part of the app’s core functionality.

iCloud sync
If enabled, your records sync through your personal Apple iCloud account using CloudKit. The developer cannot access your private iCloud records. Apple operates iCloud under its Privacy Policy. You can manage iCloud access in your device settings.
Feedback you choose to send
When you submit feedback, the app sends your message, feedback category, optional contact address and attachments, and technical details: app version, build number, iOS version, device model, and locale. This information is used to investigate problems and respond to you.
Feedback is stored on the developer’s server, hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. A copy is delivered through Discord so the developer can review it. Attachments are forwarded to Discord and removed from the application server after the delivery attempt; if delivery fails, the text is retried but the attachments are not retained. Discord’s own retention and processing practices apply to the delivered copy.
Feedback records are retained on the application server for up to 24 months and then deleted. Do not include sensitive information in your message or screenshots. To request access, correction, or deletion of a submission, contact the address above; include enough details to locate it. Corresponding copies in Discord are handled by the developer on request.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. The developer does not receive your payment card information. Purchase restoration uses Apple’s StoreKit services. Apple’s payment and privacy terms apply.
Optional tips
After a successful tip, the app sends the selected tip tier, locale, and time to the developer’s server. This report does not contain your name, Apple Account, transaction identifier, or device identifier. The report is stored on the server and delivered through Discord.
Photos
Photos you attach to records are stored with those records on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud. Photos are only sent to the developer if you choose to attach them to a feedback submission.
Camera
Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo in the app. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings.
Notifications
Optional reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No remote push service is used to deliver them. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Contacts
If you choose to import from Contacts, the app reads the names and dates you select on your device to create records. Your contacts are not sent to the developer or any other service. You can revoke permission in iOS Settings.
Network requests and this website
Network services necessarily receive your IP address to deliver a response. The API uses short-lived in-memory rate limits and does not store IP addresses with submissions. The hosting proxy may maintain operational access logs. This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party fonts.
